In my mind, this smoothie is the perfect way to bring a bit of tropical paradise to my dreary February day. Also, Valentine’s day. Pink. Confetti. You get the idea.
All this to say, this raspberry coconut smoothie is incredibly beautiful and even more delicious. The photos don’t do it justice at all! If you’re planning on doing some indulging on V-day, I might suggest starting your day with a festive, yet healthy breakfast like this.
RASPBERRY COCONUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Garnish with shredded coconut, if desired
