Pie Crust
  1. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Using a food processor, two forks, or your fingers, cut butter into flour mixture, forming pea-size crumbles. Add water; work dough until smooth but with visible flecks of butter. Turn dough out onto a smooth surface, dust with flour, and roll out into pie pan.
Blueberry Filling
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and simmer until thickened. Pour into pie crust.
Crumble Topping
  1. Blend all ingredients together and crumble on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until topping is slightly browned and crust is cooked through.
