Strawberry Filling
  1. Rinse and slice strawberries.
  2. Toss with sugar and orange zest, if desired.
Crepes
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and coat with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and immediately rotate the pan until the batter covers the bottom of the skillet in a thin layer.
  4. Cook until light brown and the top begins to dry out, about 1 minute.
  5. Flip and cook an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Fill each crepe with strawberry filling and roll up. Serve with homemade whipped cream and drizzle with melted chocolate or Nutella.
Whipped Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and powdered sugar.
  2. Using an electronic mixer, beat on the highest setting until the cream forms into peaks.
