New year, new me, new fashion! I finally had some down time over the holidays to do a deep clean of my closet and it is truly the most incredible feeling. I absolutely LOVE throwing things away, but I can often end up hanging onto things “just in case” I might wear it at some point. Often, that moment never arrives, and instead I am left with too many outdated clothes sitting in my closet. My rule? If you haven’t touched it in the past year, TOSS it.

With all this newfound space in my closet and a desire to step out in some new looks, I decided to stop by T.J.Maxx and do a closet refresh. If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you know that T.J.Maxx is my PLACE. I have three T.J.Maxx stores near my house and I always somehow seem to find myself there (I mean, where else can you buy a succulent, a cute mug, a birthday gift and a beautiful dress all in one place?!) The selection is different at every store and changes from week to week, which means I never get tired of going. I’ve also recently fallen in love with their online store and all of the unique options!

For this post, I decided to show off some of the amazing T.J.Maxx items that I scored during my last online shopping visit. I also love the variety of options that they have, which means I was able to find a look for almost every occasion!

Outfit #1

I wore this cute and cozy look for brunch and shopping with some of my girlfriends. I paired a striped top with some distressed black denim and topped it off with a gray duster jacket. I’ve been on the hunt for a casual brown crossbody bag forever and was THRILLED to find this one online at tjmaxx.com. It’s the perfect size and goes with literally everything. I finished off the look with a knit pom pom hat and some neutral brown block heels to dress it up!

Outfit #2

In my opinion, this look is perfect for a day in the office or even to wear out to a classier event. I found these adorable yellow paperbag pants at T.J.Maxx and decided to pair it with a slouchy black top to give it a more relaxed look while still being professional. You also can’t beat the fact that these pants feel like pjs while still giving off a “put together” vibe. That’s a huge win in my book.

Outfit #3

I’m a huge fan of this look for running errands or a casual coffee run with a friend. The off-the-shoulder peplum top is the perfect comfy addition to a pair of black leggings and these ADORABLE boots that just happened to be in my size. T.J.Maxx’s website allows you to search by size, style and price! I added a pop of color with the blue backpack that fits all your necessities and is easy to throw over your shoulder for a day on the run.

Outfit #4

I saved this one for last because it’s probably my favorite out of all of the looks. I wore this outfit for some weekend exploring in DC and couldn’t resist wandering into this little record shop. Lately, I’ve found myself obsessed with distressed denim, and T.J.Maxx had these fun black jeans in my size! I paired it with a perfect pink teddy bear jacket (that is ridiculously warm and soft) and some booties.
